Apple has announced① the first in its series of ARM-based Mac computers with the new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac mini, as it begins the transition from traditional Intel processors to those that run in the iPhone.

苹果公司已推出首批与iPhone相同架构处理器的电脑，包括新款MacBook Air、MacBook Pro和Mac mini，开始从传统的英特尔处理器向ARM架构的处理器转型。

At the heart of the three new Macs is Apple’s first desktop chip called the M1. It resembles the firm’s A14 used in the latest iPhone 12 and iPad Air. The octa②-core chip is the first desktop processor to be built on the 5nm scale and has four high-performance cores, which Apple said are the fastest in the industry, alongside four high efficiency cores for more mundane③ tasks. 这三款新苹果电脑的核心技术是苹果自研的首款桌面级芯片M1。它类似苹果已用于最新iPhone 12和iPad Air的A14。八核处理器M1是首款使用5纳米工艺打造的桌面级处理器，拥有4个高性能内核——苹果表示，这是业内最快的内核——及4个执行更简单任务的高效内核。
